GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Nexus is available to MIT community members for:
- Educational, cultural, or community wellness events.
- Orientation and instruction events that highlight Libraries’ programs, services, or resources. We regret that the room is not available as a regular meeting place for classes.

Room equipment:
- The Nexus has a built-in A/V system that includes three projectors, a room camera, wireless microphones, a sound system, and audio assistive devices. Wired and wireless connections are provided.
- The room's capacity is 50 seated, or 100 standing. Tables, chairs, and white boards are available.
- The east wall is a writeable surface.  BE SURE TO USE ONLY DRY-ERASE MARKERS!

Requirements:
- Event hosts are responsible for setting up the room and returning it to its default arrangement at the end of their event.
- All trash must be removed.  Hosts of events involving food are responsible for making all arrangements with catering and Facilities.
- AV support is available through IS&T.
