Welcome to the ACE Staff & Executive Survey 2019!
Thank you for agreeing to participate in this important survey to benchmark compensation in community chambers around the province. Questions will be asked pertaining to demographics about your chamber, your community, and your compensation for the work that you do, in order to:

1) Empower chambers to be competitive employers.

2) Develop strategy for increasing youth engagement by making chambers an employer of choice in their communities.

3) Identify and analyze trends associated with chamber growth and development to guide strategic hiring and departmental structuring.

In order for you to plan your scheduling needs, this survey will take between 10 - 20 minutes of your time, and cannot be saved part-way through.

If you are a chamber executive/director, you will be asked questions pertaining to membership statistics, benefits, staffing, FTE's, and budget - having pertinent information readily available to you prior to beginning the survey will ensure that it is quick and easy!

Confidentiality:
Please be assured that all responses in this survey will remain fully confidential and anonymous, and no individual responses will be analyzed. All data received will be analyzed in aggregate, and the results will be presented accordingly without any individual/chamber identifiable information. The final report will be made accessible to all participants and chamber staff.
