Use this form to request the student membership rate. In this instance we consider a student to be anyone currently enrolled in an entry-level program (not PPOTD) or has graduated from an entry-level program within the last 6 months.
The student membership contains the same benefits as the regular membership, but without the ability to receive CE hours where applicable. To accomodate students and your budget better, we offer a monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.
