Thank you for your interest in competing!  Patrick Henry College is hosting the inaugural General Welfare Debates to invite scholarly research on the topic: "The US government should cap the costs of insulin and other life-saving treatments for chronic conditions."  

Competitors will present research-based proposals on the subject, and will be prepared to answer questions both from their opponents in the round and directly from the judging panel.  It should be an engaging and informational event!
