You are invited to participate in the 30 Day Belonging at Work Challenge. This opportunity is a free gift that normally runs $27/participant. Given your commitment to building a strong DEI community, we want to make sure you have every opportunity to learn and build upon the skills you are gaining.

During the month of April, 2022, you'll have the opportunity to join a community of passionate inclusive leaders & DEI champions. Together, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to build more safety, trust, and belonging for your colleagues, clients, and suppliers. During the Challenge you'll have access to:

* One email strategy/day, for a total of 28 strategies you can immediately put into action.

* Two closed 90 minute strategy sessions (a value of $500/session) w/fellow #BelongingChampions looking for inspiration and community-care.

* A private online community dedicated to building inclusive workplace cultures.

If you're willing to invest at least 5 minutes a day, you too can transform yourself, and your organization. The small practice shifts you are willing to make, will lead to the big culture change you are seeking that will truly make all the difference in the world to those who have yet to know what it feels like to belong at work.
