Know of a savvy and skilled intern that deserves recognition? Career Services is looking for Ashland University students who have participated in experiential learning experiences and have demonstrated extraordinary skills, work ethic and performance. These experiences could have been for credit or no credit, paid or unpaid. Students must have held the internship experience within the past year.
Who can nominate?
Supervisor or hiring manager of the company, Faculty/Staff, and self-nominations.
Supervisors can nominate one or multiple students; a separate nomination form must be completed for each student.
* If you are self-nominating, you will be sent a separate form to complete describing your experience.
* If you are an employer, hiring manager or supervisor, you will be sent an evaluation form to complete describing the Nominee's work performance.
* If you are an AU Staff or Faculty Member, we will send out a form for the student to complete.
The Intern of the Month Committee will review all nominations each month. Winners will be contacted by the Career Services office. Non-winning nominations will be considered for future months, so you only have to submit a nomination once per intern. Only those who are selected as the winner will be announced. Students can only win Intern of the Month one time during each school year. Monthly winners will be eligible to be selected for Intern of the Year.
