I/We hereby release Joy's Network, its volunteers and the JoyRide volunteers, sponsors, vendors, entertainers and any others associated with this event from liability for any damage, injury, or even death the participant may incur or cause while participating in this event.  

I (driver) am experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling and agree to assume responsibility for any resulting harm.  

This release applies to the driver/passenger his or her heirs and other personal representatives, and is an agreement not to sue or file an insurance claim against Joy's Network and/or JoyRide organizers and volunteers.  Consent is also given to Joy's Network to use my name, image or words in future promotional materials.
