2023 LHS Credit Recovery Summer School Enrollment Form
When:  May 30 - June 29th. ( The first 4 weeks will be Tuesday-Friday and the last week will be Monday-Thursday)

Where:  Lathrop High School, Mr. Epperson and/or Mr. Mudd's classroom.  

Lathrop High School will host a credit recovery program in the core areas of English, Math, Social Studies, Science and a few elective courses during the 2023 summer session using the Edgenuity program.  This is a program we have been using for a few years.  This program allows a student to work through a computer module at his or her own pace.  The student must complete the prescribed course program for which the student is seeking credit in order to receive credit.  

A student must have at least a 40% F in order to take these courses as credit recovery during the summer.  If the "F" is lower than a 40%, the student will have to retake the course next school year. 

The credit recovery classes will meet on the following schedule:

Session 1:  May 30 – June 29    8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Session 2:  May 30 – June 29    12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

**Lunch is not provided for summer school participants.
**Bus transportation will be provided for arriving to school for session 1 & departing from school after session 2.
**There will not be bus transportation between sessions**

Sessions for all credit recovery classes will be assigned by administration and are dependent upon enrollment numbers.

Space is limited.  Classes will be scheduled by Mr. Bowers as the enrollment forms are completed.  If there are extra slots available, students will be able to enroll in both sessions.

This google form has been set up so you can edit your responses after you submit the form.  Sometimes students don't know if they will fail a course this semester until the last week of school, so feel free to open it back up and make changes.
