This was our first time doing home deliveries, which is great in some ways, and really hard in others! Please give us your feedback so we know whether its worth all the effort!

Are you available to receive deliveries during the day?

Yes, due to covid.

I am available to receive deliveries during the day regardless of Covid

What did you think of our Farmigo system this Fall season?

A swing and a miss - I was frustrated by your system this fall season.

There was a learning curve, but it was fine.

Loved it! Having the freedom to customize my box made it all worth it.

Packing: Do you have any feedback for Gen and our pack team?

It was perfection. My box was packed nicely with all items present.

Home Delivery Live Tracking: Our home deliveries were trackable online so that members could see exactly when their deliveries were going to land on their doorsteps. What did you think?

I really liked the live tracking feature, and relied on it!

I like the live tracking features.

I could easily live without live-tracking my vegetables.

I am opposed to live-tracking.

Packing fees: This fall, members outside of our home delivery zone paid a $4 or $5 fee to contribute to the extra costs of packing and logistics. Choose ll the apply:
