Rank & File Bargaining Sign-Up
As Members of CUPE 4600 you are allowed to attend bargaining sessions with the employer as passive participants (you may watch/listen, but not speak). Having rank and file members attend bargaining shows the employer that you and your fellow colleagues are paying attention and can help win the improvements the bargaining team is demanding on behalf of the membership. The Employer is also often more careful in their attitudes toward the bargaining team when others are present.

Bargaining is taking place via Zoom.
