Currently the function hall rental is available only to a Bristol Elks member. Also, it is Not Available Memorial Day Weekend through September 30th due to overcrowding during the summer months.
The hall seats 55 people maximum inside and 55 on the outside patio (seasonal). To maximize the use of the Bristol Elks Function Hall, as well as to deliver services in an efficient manner that maintains the facility, the following rental application must be completed. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event to receive consideration.
The Lodge is staying away from events geared toward underage attendees, so unfortunately we're unable to accommodate parties like these. Responses to requests will be processed on a regular basis in the order in which they are received. Please see fee schedule regarding usage, labor and refundable damage deposit.
