Orchestra Sign-Up Form
Dear Orchestra Parent:
Here we are at the start of another exciting school year and we are looking forward to getting it off to a successful start! Your child has expressed interest in becoming (or continuing) to be an Orchestra student and I would like to make that happen! 3rd graders who are interested are highly, highly encouraged to
participate in 3rd grade violin (not required). Once students enter 4th grade, they may stay on the violin, or switch to the viola or cello.

All lessons will begin the week of September 12th, so all students will need to have instruments by that time or
they cannot participate in orchestra this year (unless there's been communication between PARENT/GUARDIAN and teacher). All students in orchestra will need to have an instrument to participate. Students will not be taken to class unless they have an instrument (and book for 4th and 5th grade).

If you have any questions on class, how to obtain an instrument, or anything else at all, please do not hesitate to contact me! You may use e-mail aspink@fergflor.org, or my Griffith number 314-521-5971, or my Lee Hamilton number 314-521-6755.

More information is linked in the first question below.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to having your child in orchestra!

Musically Yours,
Amber Spink
