To be an eligible chaperone, adults must have registered with Virtus (www.virtus.org) complete the Virtus training module "Protect God's Children Online Awareness, passed a background check through LifeScan (ecatholic-sites.s3.amazonaws.com/17184/documents/2018/2/Finger%20printing%20parish%20LiveScan%20Form%20%20rev%20%2004042017.pdf) fingerprinting form.   And are all chaperones eligible? This process may take 7-10 days or more. Please complete immediately. (1 chaperone per 8 attendees) *
