CHECKING IN: How are you doing?  How can we help?
Dear St. George Families

First and foremost, let me start by saying WE MISS YOU!

We miss you at morning drop offs, our quick chats in the halls and in the school office, and just knowing we can see you at any time. We miss our students. We miss their smiles, their energy and the sound of them in our hallways. Never have we all wanted to be on recess duty so badly :-).

On behalf of all the faculty and staff in our office, could you kindly give your children a hug for us and tell them we all miss them?  Also, please consider this a huge bear hug for all of you.

It is hard to believe that just one week ago we were in our classrooms and we are now one week into a new learning environment. THANK YOU to everyone, parents, students, staff, faculty,  for your efforts to make this possible. We know that it was not easy and know that you and your efforts are greatly appreciated.

In the spirit of wanting to do better and be better in providing a quality Catholic education to our students and families, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on this week's experience so that we can assess and adjust as we move into next week.

We also ask that you spend time this weekend to put life on pause and simply enjoy the presence of your family.  Pray together and help the children navigate their emotions.  Perhaps this is God’s way of telling us that we need to take time to count our blessings.

If you are able to, join us online through your child's computer or through your cellphone as we pray the rosary together as a school on Wednesday at 12pm.   The link to the online meeting will be sent in a different email.

Lifting you and yours up in prayer,

Noehmi Jauregui, Principal
