Hops + Co  Adoption Application
Hops + Co. is an all-volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and unwanted small animals. Hops + Co. is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive any necessary medical care prior to their adoption. All rabbits are spayed/neutered before adoption if of age, otherwise a spay/neuter contract is required.

This questionnaire is designed to help Hops + Co. and yourself determine if a specific pet is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Hops + Co. reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions.

Hops + Co Rescue requires that pets be returned to our rescue should you no longer want them or are unable to care for them anytime in the future. This is to keep our animals out of shelters or improper homes. Please contact Hops + Co first before rehoming or surrendering your adopted pet to another home, rescue or shelter. We do not judge a rehoming. Adopters who do not adhere to this agreement will be banned from adopting from Hops + Co in the future and their name will be shared with other local rescues for breaking contract. *
