Your interest in working for the b|ueprint is highly appreciated. At the blueprint, you will be able to work as a freelancer and under your own schedule and prices. We just ask that you are able to commit to our policies in regards to how we schedule clients and keep them updated with their projects through Trello. Review the pay information and requirements below and ensure that you meet our expectations as well as if our benefits meet yours.
Pay
Interior designers and Landscapers will be paid according to how you see fit. At the blueprint, your clients will be paying YOU only what YOU want them to pay. We just ask that you are loyal to our refund, v.i.p discounts, referrals and 100% satisfaction policy. Lastly, we ask that you provide us with a basic price chart so clients know what to budget for. Before every project, each client will do a consultation with you to go over expectations and your price. Our job at the blueprint is solely to gather your clientele and track appointments. You do the rest. Easier done than said.
Requirements
1. You are 18+ in RL
2. You are familiar with either Interior Designing or Landscaping and you are able to commit to having an updated portfolio on either source. (Flickr, IG, Facebook, etc). Your portfolio should have at least 10 different pictures of previous work that you have done.
3. Able to use Trello and Discord.
4. Understand and will commit to our customer expectation policies and our process.
5. Able to work as a team and understand that you will not get ALL clients. Each client is unique and will request certain designs that each designer may or may not be able to perform.
6. Understand that you may go days or weeks without having a client. After all, Second life is virtual and you cannot expect for this type of skill to be in high demand at all times. Do not rely on this job. We do our best to advertise and gather clients who are in need for these type of services.
