We are excited about your project! To help us feature your RWAF-supported work, please share your information by completing the form below.

We don't want to miss you! For live events, premieres, and other time-sensitive information, please complete this form at least two weeks in advance of the live date. This helps us ensure we can feature you on our feed in a timely manner.  

If you wish to send a press release instead, or if you have questions, please email our Social Media Coordinator, Grace Scheele, at socialmedia@artsfund.ca.

All photos and graphics should be in a square 1:1 ratio or 1080px x 1080px. We only accept .png or .jpg file types.

Videos should be a .mp4 file type and either 9:16 ratio (1080px x 1920px) or 16:9 ratio (1920px x 1080px)

For Website features, please include a high resolution image (.png or .jpg) no larger than 1920px x 1080px.

For example:

For Music, please include your Spotify/Bandcamp/online streaming platforms.
