The MSHS Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) encourages the formation of employee resource groups (ERGs) to create an atmosphere where all employees, faculty, and students feel they belong! Through ideas and innovations from our ERGs, we are best able to inspire an inclusive environment and identify ways to best care for our diverse populations.

The Heritage of Latinx Alliance (HOLA) ERG aims to foster an environment where Hispanics/Latinos are recognized and represented across all levels of the organization. The group seeks to engage all employees who wish to gain a greater understanding of Hispanic/Latino cultures and the issues which impact the Hispanic/Latino community.

There are many ways for you to belong - attend events, share your thoughts, and become an active member or HOLA lead for your site! The HOLA ERG is open to all - join us!
