This letter of nomination form is to be used for those qualified individuals who are unable to attend the 2024 Elected officials Convocation in-person, but wish to run for one of the available positions. Elected public officials, who consider themselves members of the DFL party and have attended their precinct caucus or have submitted a Non-Attendee form on/by February 24th are eligible to participate in the convocation or via this form.

By submitting this letter of nomination, you won’t be able to vote at the convocation, but you will be able to be nominated and possibly be elected to any of the following:

Electing 5 persons from each Congressional District to serve as Delegates to the State DFL Convention in Duluth, May 31-June 2, 2024.
Electing 10 persons to serve as Members of the State DFL Central Committee for a two-year term.
Electing 3 persons to serve as Directors on the State DFL Executive Committee for a two-year term.
Electing at least 2 DFL Elected Officials to serve as members of the State DFL Platform and Issues Committee for a two-year term.
