Anonymous End-of-Year Equity Survey
The UTPLSA is dedicated to maintaining equity in all its operations, and affiliated events. In order to achieve this goal, the UTPLSA has appointed the Equity Manager to oversee equity-related complaints and disclosures.

If you've had an exceptionally great experience with us, please let us know so we can keep it up. However, if you've had a negative experience with us, we would greatly appreciate being informed so we can do better, and work towards serving our members better in the future.

However, we understand the pressures that come with speaking up. Because of this, we have created an Anonymous End-of-Year Equity Survey.
