The Internees will be performing following tasks during internship. 
We're offering internship as virtual assistant at TheXpertech with following tasks:
1: To coordinate between development team and clients.
2: To take the requirements of clients about the software and writing in word format.
3: To communicate the clients' requirements about software to the development team.
4: To test the software after receiving work done from the client.
5: To deliver work to the client after testing and confirmation.
6: To update the documents of tasks.
7: To help the clients to understand the workflow of software through online meeting apps.  
8: To hunt new project through digital marketing.
9: To manage social media accounts, website content and blogs. 
10: To train new interns in all listed tasks in future (opportunity). 
11: To call new leads and convince the clients to use our one month trial software.

Stipend
10,000 PKR to 15,000 PKR per month stipend + Incentives (The intern will facilitate 10 to 15 Free Software Users every month). 
Stipend depends on happy clients ratio. Higher the ratio of happy clients, higher will be stipend and better job opportunity.
Incentives will be offered to those who facitate more number of clients with higher ratio of satisfacation. 
Deductions are possible in case of unhappy/negative feedback from the clients.
Eligibility for Internship
  1. The candidate must be computer efficient.
  2. The candidate must be ready to deal clients. 
  3. The candidate must have own laptop + android phone + active internet connect. 
  4. The candidate must be smart user of software solutions for companies.
  5. The candidate must be flexible of learning new strategies & techniques in digital marketing.
  6. The candidate must have strong communcation skills and convincing power.
  7. The candidate must have strong commitment of completion of daily task on daily basis.    
  8. The candidate must be ready to update his/her WhatsApp Profile with company information & his role. 
  9. Additional Skills: MS Office, Good English Writing Skills.

The Internship will be multi tasking and multi dimentials to manage different tasks of a software company. 
Training: 1 Week Training 
Our team will provide you complete training. The training process will not be counted in paid intership period. After one week we'll provide Internship Offer Letter with Job Description & Benefits Details. 
Up To 40 Hours Weekly
You will work during day time. If you couldn't manage some time during day time, you can work at night time too.
