We are excited to announce that all the 2021 Fair will be held at the State Fairgrounds 1826 West McDowell Road. Phoenix AZ October 2nd through 30th 2021

We are looking forward to you being a part of our crew once again. If you would like to work at the Fair please complete this form so the manager of your department can consider you and your availability as an employee to work at the 2021 at the Arizona State Fair (October 2nd-October 30th).

This form MUST be completed in full. Please enter the start and end times you are available for each day listed. If you are not available, leave the times blank for that specific day. This form is used to ensure that we give you the hours that best fit your needs. The State Exposition will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays this year. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EVEN THOUGH THE FAIR IS CLOSED MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS A MINIMAL STAFF IS STILL NEEDED. If you are available to work on closed days, please be sure to let us know.

To be considered for shifts this year, this form must be completed no later than August 13th.

If you claim exemption on your taxes during the 2021 fair, you will need to complete a new withholding form to continue in an exempt status.
