申請は、6-7月出発の場合は4/17の17：00 (日本時間)が締め切り、
8月出発の場合は5/29の17：00(日本時間)が締め切り、
9月以降出発の場合は6/26 の17：00 (日本時間)が締め切りです。

申請は本フォームに入力後、研究計画と旅行会社からのフライトチケットの旅程表と見積もり書を支援室(shien-app@asafas.kyoto-u.ac.jp)に送付することで完了します。
