Black Homeschoolers of Central Florida, Inc. (BHCFL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been serving the Greater Central Florida homeschool community since 2009, providing support, classes, field trips and learning opportunities, along with hosting events for homeschooled youth grades Pre-K-12th.
BHCFL is also known for amazing family and cultural events, filled with community resources and information, that uplift and build our community! It is an honor and a privilege to serve our community, especially our youth who hold the future in their hands.
To make an even larger impact in our community, we have partnered with Google in order to create more equitable access to opportunity and advancement and remove structural barriers that have disproportionately hindered our Black talent from joining the middle class. Together, we are preparing youth and adults in our communities for high-paying jobs in the fast-growing fields of data analytics, digital marketing & e-commerce, user experience (UX) design, project management, and IT support. This Scholarship to gain Certification is free and there is no prior knowledge needed. We have also just expanded to include advanced certificates in Business Intelligence and Advanced Data Analytics under the scholarship.
Google and Black Homeschoolers of Central Florida, Inc. are working together to make a better community, and in turn, a better world!
