Why do you think this project has potential? Which problems does it solve? *

E.g. Nowadays the volunteers and people with needs contact us by email, and we manually complete a sheet with each request. It takes a lot of time to complete the process, and sometimes we have seen repeated people. Every month we have to make a report with the KPIs, and is quite difficult to extract the information from the sheet, takes many person hours because we apply some filters and conditions for each KPIs.
