I'm committing to the challenge
This challenge is included in your membership. In return, we ask that you commit to the challenge.
This challenge is about staying accountable to what you commit to for 2 weeks. You'll have an accountability buddy (you can choose or we'll pair you with someone!)
This is different from other challenges because we aren't giving you rigid guidelines on what to eat, but we have a few suggestions:
-800 g fruits/vegetables
- Meet your water intake goals
- No added sugar
- No sweetened drinks
- Hit your macro goals
- No fast food
- No take out
-Cook at home
