Open communication between a parent and myself is so important in continuing to provide the best environment for their child's growth. Although we talk daily about issues, concerns and your child's development, this is another opportunity for me to gather information that will support the quality of care offered at Growing Together. If my child has been injured beyond a minor scrape or bruise, the provider contacted me as soon as possible and gave me a written report describing the accident, action taken, and how my child responded. *
I am notified in advance if a substitute will be responsible for my child (except in an emergency) and am comfortable with the substitutes. *
Before my child(ren) began in this program, the provider invited my child(ren) and me to visit, described the program, and provided me with the policies. *
I was informed of any pets before enrollment or before they arrived in the home. *
Pets appear in good health, even-tempered, and friendly.
