All paper applications must be submitted to front office from your child’s school. Only incoming 6th grade students for the 2020-21 year are eligible to apply.

STEP 1: Completed applications will be screened to ensure minimum expectations are met.
STEP 2: Students/Parents will be notified no later than March 1, 2019 about acceptance into Choice Academies. Acceptance notification for applications received after March 1st will be sent out  as soon as they are processed.
STEP 3: Selected students are required to attend student/parent meetings to discuss student expectations, responsibilities and commitments as a Choice Academy student. These meetings will be as follows:

March -  Parent/Student Meeting - Orientation, TBD
May -  Parent/Student Meeting - Summer Kickoff, TBD
June - Academy Meet & Greet (Parents/Students) - Ice Cream Social, TBD
August - Student Summer Bridge TBD
