If awarded a property, bidders will be responsible for full funds and closing on the property within 30 days of the auction date. A deposit in the amount of $1,000 will be required per property. Due to the present rise on COVID-19 cases, we are asking companies to limit the number of attendees to one person per party. A RSVP is required to attend this property auction.
