July 2020 Chicken Pre-Order Form
Use this form to reserve your whole chickens from Hell or High Water Farm. Cornish Broilers and our slower growing Heritage Roasters will be available for pick up in mid-July 2020 at the Enumclaw Plateau Farmers' Market. All poultry are processed at Carnation Farms. Chicken will be frozen shortly after processing to ensure freshness. All Hell or High Water Farm poultry are treated ethically, raised on pasture, and are provided Washington grown and milled whole grains, free of corn, soy, and GMO's.

Pasture Raised Chickens from Hell or High Water Farm
$10 deposit for each chicken reserved. Chickens will weigh 3-5 lbs each. At $7/lb the total cost per chicken will be $21-$35 each and the deposit will be applied to this amount. The balance will be due when you pick up your chicken from Hell or High Water Farm. Once your order is received, Hell or High Water Farm will generate an invoice via Square payable by credit card.

Order Confirmation
Orders will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Your reservation will be confirmed by receipt of an invoice by Hell or High Water Farm. We ask that you kindly pay your invoice upon receipt. You will be notified by email when your chicken is ready to be picked up from Hell or High Water Farm at the Enumclaw Plateau Farmers' Market.
