Enroll! 4th/ 5th Chorus 22-23
Parents of 4th and 5th grade Pine Road students can use this form to enroll their child in the extra-curricular 4th/ 5th grade chorus, led by Mrs. Hillary Eisenman for the 22-23 school year.  If a parent has more than one child, they should SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH child.

Chorus rehearsals will occur in person, once a week, starting on 9/15/22on THURSDAYS at 8:10 AM. (Thursdays from 9/15/22 to 12/15/22, and then from 1/12/23 to 5/11/23) *
Drop off procedure: Students should be dropped off at PR's Main Entrance. Please use the car line loop to drop your child off. Your child should exit onto and walk on the sidewalk. Please do not let your child off in the parking lot, as crossing through the lot to the building is dangerous for them. If no one is at the front door to let your child in, please wait until someone opens it before you leave. Students will wait in the main lobby for Mrs. Eisenman. By 8:10 AM, Mrs. Eisenman will walk the students down to her room, room 60, for rehearsal. If your child comes late, they will not see anyone waiting in the lobby and should walk directly down to room 60.

Chorus rehearsal will be CANCELLED IF school is CANCELLED or if there is a LATE ARRIVAL due to inclement weather. *
The chorus has 3 performances where they are required to attend. These performances all take place at Lower Moreland High School's Auditorium: 1) Wednesday, 12/21/22 (snow date 12/22) at 7 PM for the PR Winter Chorus and Instrumental concert, 2) Thursday, 2/2/23 at 7 PM for All Chorus Night (all choruses from grades 3 to 12 perform), and 3) Monday, 5/15/23 at 7 PM for the PR Spring Chorus Concert. What is listed is the performance start time. Your child will have to get to the event earlier than is stated above.

The chorus will have other opportunities to perform that are purely optional. As we get closer to these events, you will be able to let Mrs. Eisenman know if your child will be able to attend: 1) Friday, 11/4/22 at 6:30 PM for An Evening to Honor Veterans at LM HS, 2) Tuesday, 2/21/23 at 7 PM for the LMTSD Board Meeting at LM HS, and 3) Temple University Basketball game at Temple Main Campus in Philadelphia, date TBD. What is listed is the performance start time. Your child will have to get to the event earlier than is stated above.

Please look out for messages from Mrs. Eisenman via "Talking Points" with reminders about upcoming rehearsals and events. This will be her primary way to communicate with parents. *
