Oversized Exhibit Approval Form
Floor Space for any non-livestock exhibit should not exceed 20 square feet. If your exhibit exceeds this space limitation, complete this form prior to July 1, 2024.
All oversized exhibits must have the approval of the 4-H Extension Educator before being brought to the Waseca County Fair. Approval will be granted according to the exhibit space available at the fair on a case-by-case basis.
Please take into consideration that all exhibits at the County Fair are entered and displayed at the risk of the exhibitor. 4-H members who have exhibits of great sentimental and/or monetary value should carefully consider whether such exhibits should be exposed to the hazards of the fair.
