The full subscription fee for this season is going to be confirmed at our AGM in the near future. For reference, last season it was $890 per athlete. Our subscription fee includes coaching, boat and plant usage (including insurance), regatta entries and a club t-shirt or singlet (new members also get a cap or visor). Accommodation, food, travel and extra uniform are not included, however we work together to keep these costs low for everyone. Please note the following:

Travelling with the boat trailer to regattas is $20pp for a non-coach/volunteer
Scratching any race for your own reasons is not permitted (must be discussed and agreed with coach) and will incur a fee
Regatta costs (accommodation and food, if sharing) need to be paid in advance of the regatta
If not staying with the team at a regatta, there will still be a small fee towards the cost of the coach accommodation/food
Uniform needs to be paid in advance

To ensure we are not chasing payments after the season we have four set instalment amounts and dates for the subscription fee. These dates are the 1st Wednesday of the next four months, starting November.

We understand things may come up and you may not be able to make payments, this needs to be communicated to the Marewa, Becky, Angus or Daisy. Otherwise if you haven't communicated, don't have an automatic payment set up or haven't paid in full you will be asked to sit training out until something has been sorted. We're happy to discuss setting up a payment plan.

The club is working hard to ensure the fees are affordable for club athletes. CRC is continuing to subsidise the club fees and relies on fundraising and the time of volunteers to support this. We ask that all athletes do their bit in helping out around the club, with any fundraising as well as any working bees.

The club organises accommodation and food for the athletes and coaches. We require "deposits" for the Tuesday prior to the regatta and or camp. If the cost is lower the amount then the deposit the remaining monies will roll over to the next regatta. These amounts are just "deposits" so there is a possibility you may be charged more
after the regatta.

Regattas $120.00. Marlborough, Otago, Canterbury & South Island champs.
Camp $250.00.
Nationals $380.00.
