This section explains what The Hong Kong Scots does with the information you have given us in this form.

We collect your personal data on a Google Form. You can access Google’s privacy notice here https://policies.google.com/ Google Forms store data in other countries but we always make sure they follow the same standards so your information will never go anywhere else without your permission.

我們保留你的個人資料之時間 How long do we keep your data:

我們將在計劃期間保留你的個人資料。計劃完成後，除非得到你的授意保留，「The Hong Kong Scots」將在一個月內刪除資料。

We will retain personal data for the duration of the project. On completion of the project, The Hong Kong Scots will delete the data within one calendar month unless you give your consent to keep it.

Some personal data is essential to deliver the service to you. If you do not agree to us using your personal data in this way, you will not be able to use our service. The Hong Kong Scots has received funding from Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and collaborated with Hongkongers in Britain. All data shared with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and Hongkongers in Britain will be anonymised.

Your personal information will not be shared for purposes other than those stated above unless you agree to it at a later time.
