1. Sign up & let us know how many BDR Half Marathons you are running in 2022.
2. After you have run your SECOND BDR Half Marathon, you can pick up your bling at the expo!
3. Keep running BDR Half Marathons (in 2022), get more bling!

You will be able to obtain your Best Damn Medal Head bling after you run your 2nd, 3rd or 4th Half Marathon with us in a calendar year. However, you MUST be signed up in order to receive your bling!
