Welcome! This info sheet should answer most of your questions about coming to Mat pilates classes. Pilates is an efficient conditioning tool to strengthen deep stabilising muscles and leave you feeling great.

Q. How long are the terms?
A. This year's terms are nicely divided neatly into ten week challenges, including Public Holidays for Australia Day and Labor Day later in the year. We will proceed with classes on these Public Holidays. There are currently 3 classes per week.
2020 class schedule:
Term 1 - 10 weeks Mon 27 Jan - Sat 4 April
Term 2 - 10 weeks Mon 20 April - Sat 27 June
Term 3 - 10 weeks Mon 13 July - Sat 19 Sept
Term 4 - 10 weeks Mon 5 Oct - Sat 12 Dec
Q. What happens in a class?
A. Bring your towel and waterbottle, choose a mat and you will get a roller and stretch band. The classes contain half stretch, half core and some breathing and balance exercises.
Q. How does it work?
A. If you buy a term pass you can use it for any of the classes up to the value of your pass. It is flexible. You can also choose to come to class casually without a term pass.
Passes must be used in the term of purchase, there is no rollover. You do not have to book into a class, simply come to any of these locations at these times.
Q. What if I am sick, or miss a session? A. You can come twice the next week and make up the session.

A. Monday 6.30pm- Holland Park, St Joachim's Crown St
Tuesday 10am - Mt Gravatt, St Mark's Cnr Springwood and Hicks St
Saturday 8am - Carina Heights- Living Faith (near Metropol) Pine Mountain Rd
