AnchorCon Vendor Agreement
AnchorCon Vendor Application – August 19, 20, 21, 2022

AnchorCon is a curated Vendor Hall. Once the application is approved, an email will be sent to the email address provided that will contain payment link information. Please retain your confirmation of payment as proof of purchase at Vendor Check-in. Please review the information below and complete the following information. Submit the form below when completed via the google button, email (anchorcomicon.vendors@gmail.com), or if you wish to mail the application, please complete and print the form, and include payment with application (via certified check or money order) and mail to:

This Agreement, when fully executed, entitles the Vendor to participate in the 2022 AnchorCon Convention to be held on August 19, 20, 21, 2022 at Clayton Ice Arena, Clayton, NY, as an Authorized Vendor. An Authorized Vendor shall be provided with a location at a designated Vendor Area in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and at the sole and exclusive discretion of AnchorCon Vendor Coordinator and Convention staff. An Authorized Vendor’s merchandise and equipment shall be restricted to their designated Vendor Area and must remain within that area. Failure to remain within the designated Vendor Area shall be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in removal from the AnchorCon Convention. All minors accompanying an Authorized Vendor and/or employees of an Authorized Vendor are under the legal responsibility of the Authorized Vendor and are not the responsibility of AnchorCon or the AnchorCon Staff. No unauthorized solicitation of any kind shall be allowed other than as an Authorized Vendor at the specified Vendor Area and behind the allotted tables.

The Vendor Area will be open during the Convention between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2022 (8/20/22) and 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 21, 2022 (8/21/22). The Vendor Area shall be opened and closed during the convention at the discretion of AnchorCon staff. The AnchorCon Convention shall provide security during closed times. This Agreement does not create a right to a specific number of hours in the Vendor Area, nor shall it be deemed to create an expectation of sales of merchandise. These open times may be adjusted with limited notice to an Authorized Vendor at the sole and exclusive discretion of AnchorCon Convention staff.

Setup of tables starts Friday August 19, 2022 (8/19/22) at 2:00 PM-7:00 PM & Saturday, August 20, 2022 (8/21/22) at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 9:30 AM for event opening at 10:00 AM. Business is to be conducted until closing on Saturday, August 20 no earlier than 5:00 PM and Sunday, August 21 no earlier than 3:00 PM.  On Sunday August 21, Vendors must be loaded out of the Cerow Arena by 7:30 PM. If you need to leave early please inform AnchorCon Vendor Coordinator. Aisles must be kept clear for safe access during the event. No table may be shared without prior written consent of AnchorCon Vendor Coordinator. No extra tables are to be brought in unless permission is given by AnchorCon Vendor Coordinator. Booth and table displays are to be contained within their designated spaces: Tables: display walls must be safely secured and not exceed 10’ in height. Tables are arranged in blocks and it is the vendor’s responsibility to fairly share access and internal space with neighbors. Displays must not impede foot traffic. Booths: Cage walls, display walls and pop up tents are permitted, provided they do not exceed 10’ in height. Displays must not impede foot traffic. Displays may not contain lit flame or actively burning items (incense, smudge pots etc), bubbles, vapor (water or chemical), or excessively loud sounds/music. Vendors and artists are permitted to sell “horror” items, but must actively obscure via display construct, any overtly violent, gore, or otherwise materials unsuitable for persons under the age of 12. Overtly sexualized or adult themed displays and items are not permitted, regardless of display obscurity. AnchorCon is first and foremost a family-friendly event. Any display constructs, parts or whole, deemed unsafe or inappropriate by AnchorCon staff will be asked to be removed or modified to fit the required event space. Failure to comply will result in the vendor being removed from AnchorCon with no refund, and no invitation to return for future events. Each booth and table space is provided two (2) vendor passes. Vendors are required to purchase any additional weekend passes required for extra assistants. Passes may be traded between assistants for shifts and/or days. Vendor passes do not include access to other AC events. Passes will be distributed upon check-in. Dedicated Vendor parking will be available outside the Cerow Arena at the rear of the building.
