Chromebook Agreement and Checkout
Every Secondary student in Sand Springs Public Schools MUST fill out a new Chromebook Agreement at the beginning of each school year agreeing to the upkeep and use of their SSPS issued Chromebook. This form is applicable to the 2023-2024 school year.

If you are filling out this form ahead of time and choose to participate in the SSPS Chromebook Insurance Program, you will still need to submit $30 at the Chromebook checkout events or to your student's school site.
