Register
by October 7th to participate and receive your personal leadership
assessment results. Mike will have your
individual results for you at the event. The goal
is to develop both transformational and servant leadership skills with an
awareness of how innate behaviors diminish each competency associated with
them. (Registration will remain open until the event; however, to receive your
leadership assessment, you must register by October 7th!)
Dr. Michael Rhodabarger is founder and
consultant of ExecuSpect Leadership Development. His passion for leadership
started in Northeast, Ohio, back in 1995. It was then that he was first
challenged to provide training for a specific project at Molded Fiber Glass,
where he was employed. Since then, he has worked in for several companies in
management and corporate training positions working with and developing their
management teams. He holds a PhD in organizational leadership and has developed
a leadership assessment instrument that measures leadership competencies for
individual improvement, creating greater assets for organizational success. He
also possesses a master’s degree in counseling and an undergraduate degree in pastoral
leadership.
Mike
spent 22 years in full-time ministry for the Church of the Nazarene, pastoring
churches in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana before feeling the prompting of God the
move his ministry into the marketplace. He has authored two books on leadership:
Leadership Equilibrium and The Chameleon Effect.
Mike has been married to his wife since 1992. They
have three children and two grandsons. He resides in Bay City, Michigan.
