Thank you for referring your friends to Rhea Lana's! We want to reward you for sharing the RL love!

* Refer 1 NEW Consignor - You will receive an additional 5% of your sales (35% for VIP, 65% for standard consignors).
* Refer 2 NEW Consignors- You will receive an additional 5% more of your sales PLUS your consignor fee waived ($10 value).  (40% for VIPs; 70% for standard consignors)
* Refer 3+ NEW Consignors - You will receive ANOTHER 10% of your sales (50% for VIPs, 80% for standard consignors!) 

IMPORTANT: 

~ Your referrals must be brand new Consignors and have never consigned with Rhea Lana's of Pleasant Prairie to count toward this incentive.
~ New Consignors must consign at least 50 items to be counted toward this incentive. 
~ Referrals will only be captured by filling out this form.  Form must be filled out and submitted by the last day of consignor check-in.
