Thank you for your interest in booking our space located at 1242 E. 49th Street, 3rd Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. To book our space, please complete the form below. Upon completion of the form, you will receive an electronic invoice that will reflect my request(s). If we have questions about your request, we will contact you via 1) email or 2) phone. Please take note of our rental conditions below:

> Basic Rentals are $50/hour for small dance classes, meetings, and workshops. Premium Rentals are $75/hour for parties, pop-up, and other large dance events. Premium Rentals will automatically incur a $75 cleaning fee.
> Rentals for less than 4 hours, must provide 100% of the booking fee to rent the space. Rentals for 4 hours or more must provide 50% of the overall invoiced amount.
> All fees collected are transferrable, but nonrefundable.
> Requested tables and chairs are not guaranteed, as they are not included in your rental. We will utilize the information provided to attempt the coordinate tables and chairs for your event at an additional cost that will be outlined on your invoice.
> You will have 48-hours after receiving the invoice the provide the necessary payment for your request is voided.
