Order vide 915-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dt. 01.11.2020 all candidates newly admitted to the 1st semester (UG) in BA, BSc, BCom Hons and General courses for the academic session 2020-21 are being intimated to follow the aforementioned notice and fill up this form to  state their willingness to continue their candidature exclusively in Maheshtala College, and that the information and documents they have provided for admission to Maheshtala College are true and  genuine. If at any later point of time, the information and documents are found to be incorrect/wrong/fake, their admission will be cancelled and no claim for candidature in Maheshtala College under University of Calcutta will be entertained. *
