Normanhurst Public School is seeking parent volunteers to join our For the Love of Reading,  parent tutor program. Each session in the program will run for 30 minutes. Parents will support targeted students identified by the Learning Support Team. Please note, these students will not be from your child or children's class.

Some parents might only be able for one session a week whilst others might be available for numerous sessions, one after the other or over different days. This will depend on the time you have available to volunteer.

We will hold a parent information session in week 2 where we will further explain the activities you will complete with these students. You do not need to have prior teaching experience to get involved in this program. The aim of the program is to support students with their reading journey.
