Dear Stonebridge member,

The Illinois PGA Foundation is pleased to announce the kick-off of our 11th Annual Birdies for Charity fundraiser which will take place on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at Oak Park Country Club in River Grove, IL. If you recall, three years ago - due to tremendous rainfall over Labor Day weekend - Stonebridge stepped to the plate in the 11th hour to serve as host for the event.  Thanks to donors like you, the Illinois PGA Birdies for Charity fundraiser raised more than $375,000 that year. In ten years we've raised north of $2 million!!!

For this year's "Birdies for Charity" day, we have selected Ronald McDonald House Charities, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, and the IPGA Foundation as the beneficiaries of our efforts.

"Birdies for Charity" will take place at Oak Park Country Club in River Grove, IL on September 7th. On this day my fellow IPGA Professionals and I will each be playing 90 holes with the objective of making as many birdies and eagles as possible.  

If you choose to support me, there are two ways to pledge:

You can pledge an amount for each birdie or eagle that I make.  For example, if you pledge $10 per birdie and I make 15 birdies in those 90 holes that I play, your donation will be $150.00.
You can also pledge a set amount for the day ($50, $100, $200, etc.) - the amount is up to you.
Your pledge can be made two different ways:

I can bill your SCC account by having you complete the below form, or the Illinois PGA has created a special website at www.ipgabirdiesforcharity.com. Making your pledge via credit card on the "golf gives" website is easy and safe and also provides a fun way for you to track our progress before and during the event.  Simply log on and search for my name from the participant list. Your pledge will not be processed until after the completion of the event.

Please know that your donation is 100% tax deductible!  All pledges must be made on or before Monday, September 6th, 2021!

The game of golf has provided me with such wonderful opportunities and experiences which have compelled me to utilize my skills and talents to participate in this special day!
