Taking It to the Streets...                                      MAEN 2023 In-Person Conference  Registration
Sunday, July 16 Pre-Conference Session from 4pm - 6pm and Monday, July 17, 2023 from 8am - 4pm at Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, Missouri

Registration Instructions:

Please register each conference attendee individually, even if they are from the same building.  Also, make sure to answer all required questions (*) or you will not be able to submit the registration.

Registration is $175. Presenters are 50% off or $87.50. (Presenters must also submit separate Presenter Proposal 2023 form)

Vendors/sponsors must register and submit conference fee: $175 (+ $50 for a table in Vendor area).

Cancellation Policy:  If you are unable to attend the conference you must contact MAEN at maen4kids@gmail.com on or before July 1, 2023 for a full refund.  You are responsible for payment if you do not attend and do not notify MAEN on or before July 1, 2023.

Due to losses MAEN has incurred because of non-payments, you must now PRE-PAY your conference fees when you register. We accept VENMO (@maen4kids). If you pay with a personal credit card, please call (816)304-2687. If you need a statement to be reimbursed, please email MAEN4Kids@gmail.com and one will be sent to you.
To complete your registration, please type in the last 4 digits on your Payment ID for your Venmo confirmation!!!!
