Hopefully, you're going to need a public relations (PR) firm one day -- they play such a huge role in the film industry!  From launching campaigns for major awards such as Oscars and BAFTAs to securing articles and interviews in major media outlets, PR agents are constantly at work behind the scenes.

So why not get ready now and come hear NYFA alum Mariana Mendez Alejandre talk about her work with Joshua Jason Public Relations? This is one of the few PR companies that represents short films, and they have a terrific track record with Oscar nominees and winners.
