"Red Velvet Cake War" Audition Form
Please carefully answer each question thoroughly.  If you omit information, especially conflicts, we are not getting the full picture, and it may result in your not getting cast.  Once submitted, you will not be able to change your answers.  Forms must be submitted by auditions on Monday, September 27, 2021.  Unless you are a freshman, you will need to bring a copy of your June 2021 grades to the auditions.  (A screenshot printed is fine-it does not need to be an official transcript).  You will also have a parent letter sent home on the 27th that will need to be signed and returned on the 29th.

Rehearsal Availability/Commitment:   We will rehearse BETWEEN the hours of 3:30-6:30pm M-F starting 9/30, a Saturday only if necessary, Tech Week (10/25-10/29) till 7:30pm and Dress Week (11/1-11/3) until 9pm.  Most days we will not meet during that entire time.  We will also have a rehearsal on 10/8 and 10/18 which are no school days and a pick-up rehearsal on 11/17 after school if we are performing live.  Show dates are Nov. 4, 6, 18, & 20, 2021 at 7pm.  You will receive a detailed schedule at the cast meeting once I see conflicts, and it is expected that you adhere to it.  Based on this information, list ANY rehearsal conflicts that would fall during those times, below.  Keep in mind that no one will be allowed to miss the last 2 weeks of rehearsal.  Any conflicts must be communicated to the director BEFORE CASTING or it is your responsibility to work it out.  Too many conflicts could result in not being cast in the show.  Please talk to your parents before filling out this section to make sure that you are on the same page with conflicts. *
Please check yes below if you understand the schedule, are willing to accept the part you are cast in, and what it means to be committed to a production. *
