10 Introductory Soft Skills Training Modules

These modules (for both youth and adult learners) will be available for FREE from the Essential Skills website for self-directed learning, or can be accessed in a fee-based Canvas instance that allows for instructor customization and data tracking. Exports to another LMS or platform may be available upon request.

15 Advanced Training Modules

These modules are currently under development. When available, they will be fee-based to create comprehensive soft skills learning pathways coupled with the 10 Introductory Soft Skills Training Modules.

Customized Training Modules

The ESP team is available through contract for hire or grant funding to help create customized soft skills training modules for both youth (high school aged) and adult (postsecondary, job seeker, or employee) learners.

My program/organization is interested in custom development work and would like to discuss this with the ESP team

Peer/Test Users

At ESP, we believe all our essential soft skills content needs to go through comprehensive peer and test user review before wide release. Anyone who joins one of our peer/test user cycles and provides feedback is able to have FREE, early access to our content.

Digital Badges

ESP is committed to creating open access digital badges for all of our training modules in order to provide credentials in a format that directly connects learners and job seekers to employers. We are also available for discussions with other organizations wishing to partner on digital credentialing projects.

Skills Ranking Surveys

The ESP Skills Ranking Survey provides your program or organization with a data report on the essential soft skills you value most. This survey is also distributed to learners, so you can see a comparison to their overall results. Additionally, you have the option for a comprehensive data debrief Zoom meeting with insights into your organizational soft skills culture, provided at our hourly consulting rate.
