2024 MASCA Spring Conference PDP form

In order to receive PDP's you MUST
1) Accumulate a minimum of 10 hours of sessions. You MUST COMPLETE 10 HOURS MINIMUM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PDP'S.
2) PDP's will ONLY be issued after the $25.00 fee is submitted: Click here--> PDP Fee
3) If you participate in more than 10 hours of sessions you will get 1 additional PDP for each additional hour.
4) Sessions will be available to view until May 31, 2024
5) This online PDP form must be submitted by June 14, 2024
