For groups of more than 5, please complete additional team registrations for additional shirts. Team name and captain's name should stay the same, indicate additional team members/shirt sizes on the corresponding team registrations forms.

Team Registration Includes:

- 5 event T shirts
- 5 tickets (May be used to redeem a food item, twisted balloon, glitter tattoo, face paint or visit to bounce house, in exchange for 1 ticket each.)
- Dedicated Team Tent/Canopy space

*** Additional tickets and merchant table are available with items for purchase the day of the event (cash/check only).
